Andrew E. Schultz

Mr. Schultz has served as a member of Holding Capital Group, a private equity firm focusing on middle market companies, since 1999. Since 2011, Mr. Schultz has served as an independent director for a variety of private and publicly listed companies, across a wide range of industries, including Niagara LaSalle Steel. Mr. Schultz currently serves as chairman of Legacy Cabinets LLC and M|C Communications, LLC, and chairs the audit committees of Moran Foods LLC (d/b/a Save-A-Lot LTD) and Quorum Health, LLC. Recently, he served as chairman of Pacific Drilling Company, LLC, leading its merger with Noble Corporation in 2021. Mr. Schultz has also served in a number of operational, legal and financial roles, including senior management positions at several companies and as general counsel to Greenwich Hospital and its board in Greenwich, CT. Mr. Schultz completed his undergraduate and graduate work in economics and in geography at Clark University, in Worcester, MA, and received his law degree from Fordham University in New York, NY.
